To register in our system, please dowload our App from AppStore or Google Play. Open the app and click 'Create an account' in the top right corner. Fill in the information requested. We will send you an email to your email address to confirm your identity. After confirmation, you will be able to access the app.
If you have not received the email to validate your account, please check the spam folder. If it is there, mark it as a valid email and open it from the inbox to access the link and validate your account.
When creating an incidence, be sure to take a picture of the incident before opening the app. Once in, fill in the incidence form with your information and the information of the vehicle affected. Location will be automatically completed as long as there is mobile coverage. If not, you can complete location yourself. You can also edit the location automatically created. Write a description of the incident and send it. This will be read by the owner of the other car. Our app will make you inmediately contact the other affected person as long as he/she is registered in our system. In that case, a direct chat window will be opened and you will be able to send pictures and any further detail or information to that person.
If the other person is not yet registered in our platform, a notification will be sent to you and the incidence will be kept in our server as pending until a user with the car plate affected is registered. In this case, our recomendation is that you leave the driver a note so they dowload the app.
Your profile can be edited in the top right corner of the app. There you can add more user cars.
If two people are registered with the same car plate, the system will send both an email so they can validate each other. If there is a conflict of any kind, both users will be requested to send a picture of the car insurance policy and our system administrators will proceed to the validation of the user that properly proves the car ownership.
